MR. FOX 1970 STEREO LP THE GYPSY TRANSATLANTIC TRA 236 GATEFOLD SLEEVE. Psych folk-rock LP in GREAT EX/EX+ condition.
This auction is for a LOVELY EX/EX+ condition psych folk-rock album by the group MR. FOX entitled THE GYPSY released in STEREO in 1970 on TRANSATLANTIC TRA 236. As you can see from the scans this LP was housed in a delightful psych picture GATEFOLD SLEEVE cover.
The disc is in beautiful NEAR MINT condition. It has only ever been played a couple of times. The vinyl is very clear and clean and has a lovely sheen/gloss on both sides. Superb!
The labels are lovely: see scans.
The GATEFOLD picture sleeve cover is in NICE EX condition and has been kept safe in a plastic sleeve in my collection for over 40 years. The shop label price sticker is still attached to the back cover. There is a tiny bit of ring wear and some tiny scuffs to the rear sleeve. These covers were not laminated so they tend to show some ring and other wear. However, it is as good an example as you would hope to see: see scans.
I have test-played (for the first time in many years) this LOVELY rare LP for this auction and it plays beautifully with a full dynamic range on my hi-fi.
