Description

Ultra-rare first Stereo issue on UK Decca, cat. no SXL 2087-90, with Wide-Band grooved "original recording by..." labels.

Mozart - Le Nozze Di Figaro, performed by the Cast and Chorus of the Vienna State Opera and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Erich Kleiber. Vocalists include Hilde Gueden and Cesare Siepi.

Box is in VG- condition; some splitting at the seams, but otherwise o.k.

Records are in EX condition; obviously played a number of times, but still looking/ sounding great.

Contains original libretto which is in pristine condition.
