VINYL
Side 1: Visually has very faint wispy lines consistent with inner sleeve removal that are only visible under halogen light, most collectors would call it visually M- to EX+ It plays Mint
Side 2: A few more blemishes than side 1, including two light inaudible lines, visually EX, it plays factory Mint with a trace of surface from the original pressing in one quiet area
DEAD WAX
Side 1: matrix ends with 2U, mother is 1, stamper is L
Side 2: matrix ends with 2U, mother is 1, stamper is G
LABELS
Side 1: some light spindle marks, but not through the ink
Side 2: same as side 1
COVER
Front: laminated G&L cover with solid seams and spine, some feathering to the opening, a few creases and minor laminate lifting, light ring wear. A strong VG+
Back: same as front
INNER: will ship with an archival inner
DESCRIPTION: Purchased in Toronto many years ago, high gloss vinyl with cosmetic flaws noted above, plays perfectly. The quiet section on side 2 that has a bit of surface static is most likely from the original pressing. One of my favorite labels.

Domestic shipping includes tracking.
International shipping for a single LP is:
$24 for LP selling for $19 or less
$32 by Registered Mail for an LP selling between $20 and $74
$39 by Priority with for an LP selling for $75 or over
Fee will be adjusted after close of auction if incorrect. Any excess shipping charge will be refunded after accounting for box and postage.

I began buying records in the mid 60’s and I've always been fanatical about record care and storage.
The records I sell are from my personal collection, including backup copies. I've never been one to buy VG records or anything with an audible scratch, which eliminates the vast majority. If I do miss an audible flaw, then kindly contact me and it will be rectified.
I use standard US grading plus the UK grade of EX in order to eliminate the dreaded VG+++
Records are first inspected under a halogen light (the only light that shows every flaw) and any blemishes are examined with a 10x power magnifier which allows the grooves to be fully inspected. Then they’re play graded on a Linn Sondek LP12.
Over the decades, I've seen grading fads come and go, such as: “visual” grading by people who don't own a turntable; the current use of nonsense grades like NM+ and NM- as well as the dubious belief that there’s no such thing as a mint record.
As a record buyer, I've had a lot of over graded “garage sale” LPs arrive covered with gritty dust and greasy fingerprints while the seller claims a “visual” grade based on fantasy. Be assured that my records will arrive clean and fingerprint free.
