Review: Those familiar with the work of recording engineer/loudspeaker designer, David Wilson, will know what an audiophile treat they have in store for them with this tasty rarity. Moussorgsky's Pictures At An Exhibition performed by pianist Hyperion Knight is another definitive recording by Wilson.
Lucasfilm's Skywalker Ranch Studio provided the excellent (adjustable) acoustics where a piano sound was achieved that was simply out of this world! Mic preamps were built by John Curl of early Marc Levinson fame and cabling by Bruce Brisson Of MIT.
A grant by TAS Magazine made the whole project possible. A gift to all music lovers and audiophiles alike.
