Description

On offer a splendid copy of the first Mott The Hoople album from 1969, with textured Island labels. I must admit I'd not heard this album before getting this one - I have the 2010 RC Price Guide and unless I'm interpreting the details of the mispress copies incorrectly, I feel this may be another variant? Mott expets get in touch, if I'm right or wrong!
The track list on the labels matches that on the sleeve (no 'Road To Birmingham' on sleeve, labels or record), and listening to both the album itself and the songs on Youtube, I'm positive this is the playing order of the record.....

Visually the vinyl looks unplayed, but I've played it a couple of times (superb audio) and I'll grade it NM to be on the safe side - a beaut! The record comes in its proper poly lined inner sleeve. The stamping codes end in 'A4' and 'B4'.
The sleeve is a good EX- with wear on the cover corners and spine top, and all the spine writing is perfectly legible. The non record side of the gatefold sleeve has opened / parted about 50 % at the right hand side but has no damage, gape or creasing at all, in fact I've had the album a few months and only just noticed it!

Album will be posted outside of sleeve when packaged.
