MOTOWN 606 "Meet The Supremes" LP 1963 First Pressing VG+
Thank you for viewing our listing. This is a used item in very good condition. Because I am not an expert in vinyl, I packed this record up and drove to see John at Rainbow Records in Barrington Illinois. I see other listings on eEbay that suggest a 1964 release date or even 1963 but the labels I saw online all said ©1964. This label does not show a copyright and there is a slight variation in the coloring of the MOTOWN logo on the record. My consignor told me this was a first pressing from 1963 and all indications are that this would be correct. The jacket is intact with some shelf wear but overall very good. The sleeve promotes other 1963 releases including Mary Wells, Amos Milburn, Eddie Olland and more. The sleeve is slit in the center of the three closed sides and shows some shelf wear, but is also in very good condition. The record is used but plays well on both sides. John rates the package at VG+. Please check out the pictures.
