Description

You are bidding on a very rare 1st pressing of Motorheads self entitled album.
It has been kept stored now in an outer 12" plastic sheath which itself has been kept in a custom made wooden vinyl storage container. The album has been stored upright with no extraneous weight.

It has WIK2 - A1 (Side 1) and WIK2 - B1 (Side 2) Etched on the inner album edges.
The labels appear clean with no scuffs.
It was acquired back in 1978.
I will rate it as near mint condition as it was never played by myself as I had a copy of it on cassette then played to death the White Vinyl version. This too will also be sold shortly.
The sleeve is laminated Black and White in near mint condition. (there was also a rare Black and Silver copy). The only thing one can detect is a slight separation now of the laminate from the sleeve just at the edge of the spine. Note in the photos the top edges appear white. This is just the sheen of the laminate nothing else.
The inner sleeve is in mint condition.
This probably in my top 10 best kept pieces of vinyl.
All vinyl will be sent out by recorded special delivery because of the very special value it has. Albums are dispatched in album mailers. This one however may get additionally put into a protective box because of its rarity and condition.
