Description

I am listing some vinyl LPs from my personal collection, all LPs have been fully play tested for appraisal on a fairly new Rega P3 deck fitted with an Elys 2 cartridge prior to listing…

Catalogue No/Label:   BRON 531      Bronze      (1st Pressing)

Year:   1980

Matrix Info:   BRON 531 A-2U & BRON 531 B-1U

Outer Sleeve:   EX to EX+ (Excellent to Excellent Plus) - Iconic sleeve with minimal signs of wear.  Good strong legible spine with very minor edge wear. Very clean all round.  I'd say nearer to EX+ but check out the pictures and judge for yourself.

Inner Sleeve:      EX (Excellent) - Generic plain paper inner with no splits. Comes with a brand new poly white paper inner.

Vinyl:   EX to EX+ (Excellent to Excellent Plus) - Glossy sheen with barely any hairlines.  Great clear, strong audio throughout with no distortion, skips or jumps.  One small mark near the start of Side 2, Track 1, but this is just a surface mark, it does not ‘sound’, tick, pop or anything during playback, it plays perfectly – shown in picture 11.  I'll grade as EX/EX+ because of this, but the whole LP really is nearer EX+.  I actually played this LP right the way through whilst listing these LPs this afternoon, the whole LP sounds great - Really nice copy of this iconic album!!!
