The condition of the cover is M- however there is a large bottom right cut corner. Otherwise the cover is nice with no seam splits or writing! The condition of the disc is a beautiful M- with brilliant original gloss and it plays like new! This copy also includes the original insert, however as you can see in the photo, it too has a cut corner.
