Description
Selling a very rare copy The Mothers of Invention "We're Only in it For the Money" gatefold LP on Verve with original insert 1968 (V6 5045X)
Jacket is VG+ (No splits or ring wear, light corner wear, track lengths are written in pen on the inside gate next to titles, small dent in spine, probably from shipping originally)
Vinyl is VG+ (One of the cleanest Mothers albums I have come across, no marks or scuffs)
Original insert is flat and neat. Sleeve is new.
The album was included in Q magazine's list of the "Best Psychedelic Albums of All Time." In 2003, the album was ranked number 296 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. In 2005, it was one of 50 recordings chosen by the Library of Congress to be added to the National Recording Registry.
