Description
Up for auction is a long out-of-print Mosaic Records Box Set of "The Complete Edmond Hall/James P. Johnson/Sidney De Paris/Vic Dickenson Blue Note Sessions.” The Catalogue Number is MR6-109, and consists of 6 vinyl LPs. The set is hand-numbered #2282 of a limited edition of 7500.
All 6 LPs are NEAR-MINT condition; some may never have been played. The LP-size booklet is also in near-mint condition. The outer box is generally in excellent condition, flaws are: has 3" seam split in the center of the bottom of the rear panel and some minor surface wear to the front picture. Both photos are of the actual set being auctioned. The second photo shows that the spine is in near-mint condition with no splits or other damage.
Box set will be shipped in a protective polyethylene sleeve and inside a very sturdy 14" x 14" x 4" box with packing "peanuts" to ensure that the set (especially the corners) arrives undamaged. The net weight of the box set is 2 pounds 9 ounces. The shipping weight will be approximately 3-1/2 pounds.
