Description

Michael Erlewine, the founder and creator of The All-Music Guide, wrote this about Mosaic Records: "I won’t explain much about what the Mosaic Record sets are other than Mosiac published limited editions of rare jazz recordings from the vaults of many labels, limited to only so many copies and that’s it. Because of these limits, they were allowed to go into the private vaults of major labels and publish jazz gems that otherwise might never have been published." These record sets are important. I have kept my sets in a locked record cabinet and not on shelves where I kept my standard releases.
This set is a limited edition, no. 1523 of 7,500.

On Sep-07-19 at 07:24:35 PDT, seller added the following information:

Revision Sept. 7, 2019: I looked at the box in sunlight. When I did so, I noticed in the light a small tear along the top seam of the box and another along the bottom. These are original to the box, but I've never noticed them.
