Morrissey- Your Arsenal - UK Simply Vinyl SVLP 244
- From my own Smiths/Morrissey 300 records personal collection.
- From my own personal collection, bought by myself and was NEVER PLAYED when in my position; kept in a special metal box for records and thus its fantastic condition.
- In 2000, the classic Morrissey LPs 'Viva Hate' and 'Your Arsenal' were re-issued by Simply Vinyl on a heavyweight Virgin vinyl; this entailed using 180g vinyl for the LP and 350g card for the outer packaging.
- This auction is for the Simply Vinyl pressing of Your Arsenal of which there do not seem to be many copies arising for sale these days.
- This copy lies in its original outer plastic 'wallet' sleeve; to find a copy of this limited-run LP in such a new non played condition, as here, is now becoming very rare and makes this a highly sought-after item amongst collectors.
- The sleeve, vinyl, inner sleeve and vinyl jacket are all in new mint condition.
- Consequently, it seems set to become ever more rare and accumulate in value as interest in original Morrissey and Smiths pressings continues to grow at a rapid rate.
