Description
Monique de la Bruchollerie ( 20 April 1915 - 15 December 1972 ) was a French pianist. At the age of 7 she entered the class of Isidor Philipp at the Paris Conservatoire, which she left in 1928 with a first prize. After she was a pupil of Alfred Cortot, Emil Sauer and Raoul Koczalski. In 1932 she gave a concert under the baton of Charles Münch, beetween 1936 - 1939 she went on to take part in piano competitions. After the World War II she developped an international career, above all in the USA and in Poland, in 1952 she performed concerts in Boston. Her career ended quite suddenly in December 1966 through a car accident in Romania, thenceforth she devoted herself to teaching.

Two very rare records.
Grading:
1 = mint, never played on gramophone, is not used
1-2 = top copy, no traces of use - virtually as new
2 = excellent copy, few light non-sounding rubs/marks
2-3 = light traces of wear (rubs/marks), very light greying and/or light scratches, non sounding blemishes
3 = a good average copy with more noticeable rubs and marks; light greying, few light scratches possible
3-4 = more traces of use, sonic wear from light greying. An inferior average copy, light scratches possible
4 = some sounding wear, heavier rubs and marks, scratches possible
5 = obvious sounding wear, heavy rubs, marks, scratches. An unsatisfactory copy.
