This is the extremely rare Mollie Thompson sole album "From Worlds Afar" which was composed and executed by Mollie in 1966 after her apparent alien encounter with Venusians in 1965. in order to reach out to people she financed her own album and label in order to get her message across! As it appears this album is very rare indeed and probably not more than a couple of hundred were ever issued.
It comes in a beautiful flipback sleeve and is front laminated. There is also a lyric booklet which was type written and probably stencilled. This seems like a work of total conviction as it was probably hand stencilled and stapled by Mollie herself.
Vinyl: EX. Beautiful super heavy vinyl with matt labels. The sound is crystal clear and this is a lost gem which will appreciate in years to come as it was only just rediscovered. Of course, NO skips, NO jumps, NO ticks.
Sleeve: EX. Extremely hard to find album with a front laminated sleeve with two rear flipbacks. The rear has a word of introduction by Mollie herself. The edges are perfect and the opening is super crisp. Fully legible spine. Any storage wear is just light. Two mini creases on the left corners. The booklet is complete. The booklet has no creases at all. Of course NO tears, NO splits, NO writing.
Important : International postage will be registered and insured if over GBP 30.00. These fees in England have gone up significantly last May. Please wait for my invoice before paying. Postage will be according to Royal Mail rates. Postage is NOT a money spinning exercise for me.
