Very clean orange vinyl pressing with large fold-out insert. Violent World: A Tribute to the Misfits is a tribute sampler album to the horror punk band the MISFITS. You are bidding on the original first US pressing, released ‘Caroline’ records in 1997. It features primarily punk rock bands performing cover versions from the band's early era, 1977 to 1983. From PENNYWISE's speed-punk version of ‘Astro Zombies’, to SHADES APART's traditional-sounding ‘20 Eyes’, to PRONG's dark interpretation of ‘London Dungeon’, to EARTH CRISIS' extreme version of ‘Earth A.D’. I'm not really sure how to feel about NOFX's cover of ‘Last Caress’. One part sounds like GREENDAY, another reminds me of SUBLIME, and the end sounds like traditional MISFITS style. SNAPCASE's cover of ‘She’ is pretty cool. It has extreme instrumentation, brutal vocals, but still stays punk. DEADGUY's ‘Horror Business’ plus GOLDFINGER's ‘Ghouls Night Out’ and 108's ‘Death Comes Ripping’ are also very good. Winner !!

Versand / Mailing: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special LP record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
Bezahlung / Payment: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal. All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €35, $50 or £30 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional €2, $3 or £2. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail.
