All records are glossy and shiny with hardly any sign of being played more than a couple of times. Great sound. Simply marvelous vinyl !
Booklet is Mint
Box is EX+ due to 3cm tear taped with clear cellotape at the bottom (see scan).

Grading
Most records are visually graded . In certain circumstances I will play a record to get the most accurate grading.
I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)
My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
