Description

Decca UK mono first press LXT 5078. 1A matrices.
Mischa Elman performs Mozart's concertos 4 and 5 with the New Symphony Orchestra London conducted by Josef Krips.
There was no stereo issue of this.
Earliest First Press with scalloped flipback sleeve and 1A matrices.
This is an absolutely stunning near mint copy almost impossible to find with these early Decca monos.
Vinyl is almost as new on both sides and the labels have no visible spindle marks.
Cover is also Ex + with just slight edge scuff and small pen mark to rear.
The sound quality is amazing with no background noise... I have never heard a Decca orange/gold sound so good.
I recommend playing with good quality Mono cartridge for proper tracking and top audio experience.


Overall a great copy of this very hard to find release..
