Drake & The En-Solids had a few records out on Bill Meeks´small label in the late 60s early 70s. To me, this one is the finest.  Although none of the records on the label became a big hit, there are some fine recordings issued on Alteen records, Sunday´s "Ain´t Got No Problems" and The Supurbs "Only For Lovers" being two of the most popular ones nowadays. Together with this one of course, the jewel in Alteen´s crown. Enjoy!

  This rare original 1968 first press D.J. Radio Station Copy on ALTEEN  is part of an amazing treasure discovered stashed away in a house in the Philadelphia area. The owner was an avid collector & part of a syndicated Philly radio program in the 1960s & 70s,  acquiring copies of many now extremely hard to find 45s & LPs. Many of these records have not seen the light of day since then! Be sure to check back often as we will be listing titles regularly... This is a great find and a gem for your collection.
