Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. The second PG&E album, recorded in 1969 is an up beat driving and energetic bluesy hardrock affair ... this is a near perfect original first release :

Contains the original Columbia 360 Sound inner sleeve...
Pacific Gas and Electric is a mixture of blues, soul, jazz and psychedelic. This album is far better than the next one("Are You Ready") including the hit single "Are You Ready."
PG&E (#2) opens with the punchy "Bluesbuster" with a good guitar solo and an excellent backing section.
"Death Row" is a moving soul-blues ballad.
"Miss Lucy" is a good fast blues track with a ripping guitar solo in the middle.
"My Woman" is a slow blues track with cool singing and powerfullead guitar playing.
Then follows a live medley called "The PG&E suite" starting with a fast blues track: "She's Long and She's Tall"; Then comes a jazzy shakin' rhythms track in which there is a brilliant percussion and bass playing. A psychedelic track follows. The fast "Fat Tom" and the haunting acoustic rural blues "Boy Wonder" close the suite.
The albums ends with the rock "Redneck", another good up-beat rocker track.
A forgotten gem which deserves to be rediscovered.
