We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

AMAZING man...this is 1967 and these guys delivered such a progressive psych/garage sound for '67 .... Symphonic, psychedelic, hard, pop, rock'n'roll, rhythm&blues... an extraordinary mixture of sounds, and one of the top album of the psychedelic era. They were symphonic and hard rock pioneer, and this album is recognized as an essential in any good music collection. The 1967 debut album by New York quartet Vanilla Fudge may not have remained in the pantheon of all-time greatest '60s rock albums, but it's of huge historical importance. With its unprecedented combination of psychedelia (itself still a new commodity), hard rock, soul, and classical motifs, it prefigured everything from heavy rock to prog rock. The band's modus operandi was to take pop, rock, and R&B hits of the era and extend them to the breaking point, adding raga-like guitar lines, overdriven Hammond organ, screaming feedback, gargantuan distorted riffs, mountainous drumbeats, and impassioned vocals. Most often the original tempo of the song was slowed down drastically for maximum dramatic effect. In this manner, everything from Motown hit "You Keep Me Hangin' On" to the Zombies' "She's Not There" becomes a haunting, pathos-filled set piece alternately haunting and driving. Somewhere in England, the young men who would become known as Yes, Deep Purple, and numerous other bands, were listening with rapt attention. And dig, these SAME 4 cats, no additives, no additions, just the same four members of VANILLA FUDGE are touring (East Coast) > > > their show defies desciption, it's SO good, tight with burning intensities, heavenly harmonies, washes of gushing organ & ripping guitar meeting up with arguably the greatest rhythm section in the history of rock (bassist/voc Tim Bogert & drummer Carmen Appice), all behind a throbbing psychedelic light show...all we can advise is contact the Vanilla Fudge on their website and urge them to play your area...it will be worth it!And here, there first 1967 Lp, just as first released, still in factory shrink wrapper & top condition...real special man...
