We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Here's a long gone triple thick weight heavy second pressing LP from years back that sold out quick...Overall a pretty impressive garage-rock legend that fetches, what, $2,500+ quick as a 1969 original. It's known to be of the rarest USA garage rock albums of them all  ... if you can't get the first press, you might want to invest in the (now scarce) next best thing...

Stack was formed in Los Angeles in 1967 from a Surf/garage act called "The Vandells" ("Rick Gould", lead guitar) and another local act called "Wabash Spencer Band" aka legendary garage band "The Fabs" ("That's The Bag I'm In" b/w "Dinah Wants Religion" on the Cotton Ball label from Texas 1966)                                              Stack live 1968
Stack were actually pretty well known in their time, and gigged with big name groups - like the early "Alice Cooper" band,  Iron Butterfly, the "New Yardbirds", which was actually "Led Zeppelin" before they changed the name, "Buffalo Springfield", "Illinois Speed Press", "The Blues Image", "Flying Burrito Brothers" . . . the list goes on and on.

The album opens with a fuzzed-up version of "Poison Ivy", but the rest of the album is given over to standout originals by Stack, with lead guitarist Rick Gould"penning five of the nine cuts. "Only Forever" is a Power Pop/Psychedelic hybrid with some nice Fuzz guitar by Rick Gould together with Bob Ellis vigorous, potent drumming (perhaps the band's secret weapon). Buddy Clark's robust bass, too, is terrific and helps songs such as "Cars," "Everyday," and "Valleys" get completely inside the listener with uncommon force.  The album contains Powerhouse vocals, tight playing, distinctive songs, and muscular guitar work with plenty of Fuzz. The group had the whole package, it's really a crime they never hit the big time. The drums are up front and this record really pounds. One of the few early hardrock locals with memorable songs and a first class vocalist with range. "Da Blues" is a cool slab of acid blues that could only come from the late 60's and the highlight of this album is the awesome "Everyday", which is a classic of underground late 60s rock. Blue Cheer's "Vincebus Eruptum" album is another reference point for the music on this album...

Overall Stack demolish most of their contemporary hard rockers and either predate or demolish most of what came after in the genre. The drumming on this LP stands out a mile but the whole band are great.
