Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. From the audio archivists at this U.K.-based label comes the first three releases from over 25 years ago creating the The Great British Psychedelic Trip -- volumes one thru three, a three record set as the original individule albums... all highly acclaimed overview of the swinging London pop-psych ;60s scene of long-forgotten gems. Collectors of highly obscure music from the late ‘60s are in for a certain treat, particularly enthusiasts of ‘60s Brit-pop-psych -- which is a more apt description of the music found here -- as the term "psychedelic" inevitably conjures images of extended instrumentals and loosely arranged jams. This brilliant music is nothing if not well arranged and succinctly presented in true popsike song style. A majority of the artists and bands on these Lp's may not have made much of a dent in the charts or at the cash registers, however as the contents reveal, many of them definitely had the talent. The Lp's in this series gather some of the lesser-known artists who recorded at least one single for Decca U.K.'s new "progressive" spin-off label, Deram Records, launched in the fall of 1965. Many of the bands during this era took their cues as much from American garage and the burgeoning underground rock movement as they did from their native Carnaby Street and the concurrent mod scene. Even though these artists might not have made an impact equal to that of the Who, the Small Faces, or Love and the 13th Floor Elevators, they certainly were kindred spirits in a sonic sense.
