MINT- 1st Press Cream - Wheels Of Fire 2 LP's - Atco SD 2 700 Eric Clapton
My photos are of the actual item you will receive.
The front and back cover look better than my phots (especially the back cover) The glossy foil cover was difficult to photograph accurately.
Stereo. 2xLP
This is an absolute First Pressing of this extremely important LP from 1968.
The hand etched matrix numbers on all four sides have the “A” suffix. This is the real deal, from the Era, in Top Condition.
The only reason I’m offering this is I am lucky enough to have another copy in equal condition.
Vinyl – Mint, Thick vinyl, All 4 sides appear unplayed!! I could not even see a spindle line on any of the labels. All four vinyl lusters are breathtakingly Perfect!
Cover – Mint-, Original Foil Cover, Gatefold, thick Cardboard. No Splits, no corner bends. This cover has only the very slightest little bit of shelf wear. Look at my photos carefully they show the magnificence of this cover (please note again: the back cover looks better, what looks like wear is mostly glare.).
These LPs include the original multi-color promo inner sleeves in Mint condition.
Country – USA Original Press (At least l of these LPs was actually recorded in the USA, one of the discs is Live at the Fillmore recorded in the USA. (I think the other disc may have been recorded in the USA). This first press is the Worldwide first press.

RECORD GRADING (Usually Visual) :
FS=Original Factory Sealed. ///
New= New (or Mint) perfect in every way, record appears unplayed. ///
New- = New minus (or Mint minus), record played maybe 1 to 9 times , perhaps a few spindle lines on label, and maybe a sleeve line or two. Covers close to M, has maybe a small corner bend, maybe the very slightest of ring line caused by the record.///
VG+ = Very Good Plus, record played a little more than an m- but well cared for. Vinyl has the vast majority of its original luster, may have sleeve lines, maybe a few very lite scuffs; maybe one or two small, very light surface scratches. But not all at the same time. Cover MAY have very minor ringwear, maybe a few other flaws, a minor corner bend or two, maybe a small partial seam split; ///
VG = record has the flaws of a VG+, only more of them; may also have some small scratches that are felt with a fingernail. Vinyl is very playable and will play through, good luster. Probably some noise between tracks, maybe in quiet passages. Still, a reasonably well cared for record. /// VG- = proportionally lower than a VG.////
G = It is rare that I will even list a record in this condition; but it will be proportionally lower than a VG-.
