JUNE 10 UPDATE
I realized yesterday that I did not transfer all my handwritten notes to the disc’s description; I’m as sorry about this as I am embarrassed. What I neglected to include is that the disc has two areas of scuffing on both sides, and those areas contain a series of fine surface lines. By way of apology to Filler’s watchers, I’m reducing the asking price by 20%.
I’m not this record’s first owner, I’m his second. Like all the other vintage punk I’ll be listing, I got this guy in exchange for helping a friend move in the mid 80’s. My turntable exploded before I had a chance to listen to any of them, and they all went to sleep in a storage box. This 7” has not been played for the better part of three decades...
General Condition
I played each side of this record two or three times with a new stylus on a turntable that’s notorious on Amazon for its skipping tendencies (it’s got an insanely lightweight tone arm.) My system isn’t good enough for me to accurately judge the disc's fidelity, but the needle never skipped, and the needle never got stuck. The best photos can be outrageous liars; below are the flaws I managed to spot from a close visual inspection. Quite a few of these I only noticed while holding the disc at an angle against the light.
I’ve tried to capture the record and sleeve’s strengths and flaws with the large photos here, but don’t hesitate to contact me for larger photos or any questions on condition. If you need me to take a closer look at some specific part of this guy, no problem. Oh yeah- the music’s phenomenal...
Pressing/Version
I only used discogs.com to determine the pressing here; please check my photos and notes to verify I’m right before spending your money.
Specific Condition
On the disc’s first side, one very shallow scratch across the last two tracks; a similar one on the last three. These are both quite shallow- they look almost like they were done by a fingernail. On the second side, four very thin scratches (one each on tracks 1, 2 and 4; and one crossing 2-4.)

The sleeve is in beautiful shape. The photo shows a spot of surface wear on the front at 7:30; harder to see on the back is some small discoloration or surface sheen around his non-beer arm’s bicep and to the left of the “A” in “A WALL.” Impossible to see in the photo is a few areas in his clothes (front) where the black is not as matte. This might be the remnants of fingerprints, but with the massive amount of black ink they laid down there, it could just be from the original print run
This guy is in truly amazing condition for his age. Pure. Sweet. Punk.

Discs and sleeves will be packed separately to prevent any damage to the cover art, and all will be ludicrously well-protected for their journey to their new owner. I’ll be absorbing a good portion of the shipping cost because I just can’t see subjecting this glorious piece of history to the stupidity that is Media Mail.
