Side 1: VG+: Flat edge Vinyl, some faint surface scuffs & scratches only, plays nice.
Side 2: VG: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, one slightly feelable scratch on Track 1 thru Track 3, but minimal impact on the sound quality, some light surface noise or crackle in parts, still plays well. 
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS 767 LEXINGTON AVE nyc" Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" hand etched on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, 10" bottom seam split, otherwise nice.
