Description
MILLER ANDERSON "Bright City" Stereo LP, 1971 Laminated Gatefold sleeve on DERAM label. Cat No SDL 3.
Side 1: Alice Mercy (To whom it may concern), The age of progress, Bright City.
Side 2: Grey broken morning, High Tide, High Water, Shadows 'cross my wall.
Vinyl is EX and plays beautifully. Gatefold sleeve is laminated, spine is intact, a little wear to the opening edges. Inside the gatefold
a previous owner has removed a piece of sticky tape which has 'lifted' the surface leaving a white strip measuring 7cms long by 1cm high
on which her name is written. For this reason I rate the sleeve as VG. All in all this is a lovely example of this rarely seen album.
Miller Anderson is a UK based blues guitarist and vocalist. As well as a solo career, he has played with the Keef Hartley Band (with whom
he played Woodstock in 1968), the Spencer Davis Group, Savoy Brown, Chicken Shack and the British Blues Quintet with Maggie Bell and Zoot Money.
