MILES DAVIS "BIRTH OF THE COOL" LP.  This is the original 1956 Mono heavy vinyl pressing on Capitol Records, catalog #T-762.  Classic album in superb condition with the first press turquoise labels!  The personnel:  Miles Davis/trumpet; Lee Konitz/alto sax; Gerry Mulligan/baritone sax; J.J. Johnson or Kai Winding/trombone; Gunter Schuller, Junior Collins or Sandy Siegelstein/French horn; John Barber/tuba; Al Haig or John Lewis/piano; Al McKibbon, Nelson Boyd or Joe Schulman/bass; Max Roach or Kenny Clarke/drums.  The vinyl is in NM condition (beautiful sheen) with clean labels!!  The thick cardboard cover is in great shape and displays wonderfully.  NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The songs are:  Move; Jeru; Moon Dreams; Venus De Milo; Budo; Deception; Godchild; Boplicity; Rocker; Israel; Rouge.  Don't let this one get away.
