Description
Please read my description carefully before bidding. I will ship the item worldwide and will accept a free return if it doesn't match the listing description.
This one is the first original mono and deep-grooved pressing of Prestige Records LP-7007 "THE MUSINGS OF MILES" by MILES DAVIS QUARTET. A heavy vinyl Flat-Edged disc and has "EAR" etched on the dead wax of both sides. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder in 1955, with "RVG" etched on the dead wax of both sides. Deep Groove on both labels. Labels address: PRESTIGE RECORDS INC., 446 W. 50th., ST., N.Y.C.
This copy was belong to Bob Porter, a record producer who produced over 200 albums for Prestige in the 60s that he also wrote liner notes. He also wrote articles for world class music magazines, like Downbeat and Cash Box, and was also a radio presenter. In 2009, he was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame. His name and address were stamped on both labels of this LP (please see photos).

The vinyl played VG+ on both sides. Light pops and tics background noises but not overpowering musics.
Please noted that the cover is not an original cover. It is a reissue from OJC Records. Condition is VG++
The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.
My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-.
