Description
MILES DAVIS' "Someday My Prince Will Come" remastered by Audiophile Pioneer MOBILE FIDELITY SOUNDS LABS (MFSL 1-177), during the early years of MFSL, with this album having the original Chatsworth, CA address, and the super-quality vinyl pressed in Japan. One of Miles' seminal albums, it features Jazz giant, JOHN COLTRANE, HANK MOBLEY, WYNTON KELLY, PAUL CHAMBERS, and JIMMY COBB. This and other MFSL LPs I'm selling came from a former employer who rarely and in many cases never played them. They're beauties!
The LP is in NEAR MINT MINUS condition for one reason only - one thumb nail-caused mark (Yes, I did it!) on the lead-in and into the first few gooves of the first song on Side One. You can hear one light pop from that spot on the lead in and then no audio affect on the light music that opens the piece. Otherwise, there's one visible spindle mark on each label (looks played once) and not another mark or scratch on the clean, glossy vinyl. The LP is in the special rice inner sleeve, with the MFSL insert board around it.
The Cover is in NEAR MINT MINUS condition with all seams intact except for the bottom seam which has a piece of clear tape near the opening, corners sharp, and the front and back showing next-to-no wear. It has been stored in a plastic outer sleeve.
