Description
VINYL is VG to VG+....vinyl has a good amount of hairlines and a some scuffs but still has decent gloss...still plays quite clean. So while it appears VG it plays closer to VG+. I spot tested it for about 5 minutes and found no clicks or pops. Great mono sonics. Some light background noise with treble all the way up in the quiet parts only. Not perfect but a nice 1A/1A mono pressing that is a good player, and not $400.
ULTRASONIC CLEANED -- I just cleaned it on my new Ultrasonic Record cleaner, and put it in a fresh sleeve. It really does make a difference in the sound quality....it gets rid of stuff other methods just can't tackle....I am hooked! Ready to enjoy for years to come.
COVER is VG with good color, a bump in upper right, a 4" top seam crack (see last photos) and a name on the back. It should be noted that this came from the living estate of Motown Museum President Allen Rawls, cousin to Lou Rawls, and this one belonged to someone in the family named John Rawls--maybe his dad? Just a fun tidbit.....see photos
