Description

Up for auction is a hard to find Miles Davis & Milt Jackson LP album. Recorded in 1956 on Prestige Records. Yellow label with the West 50 St. N.Y.C. Address. Comes with paper sleeve. Album cover is in very good to excellent condition. No stains or creases. Bottom right corner of cover has a small triangular piece of paper missing. Back is also very good with one small red mark. Paper sleeve is clean with no stains or rips. Record itself looks to be in excellent condition. It is glossy with no visible scratches or defects. Photo of yellow label has what looks like a light area, that is from the camera. Label is perfect. After reading the information on grading in the Goldmine catalog of American records, I would say this record, cover & sleeve are in very good to excellent condition. Listed in the Goldmine catalog at $400.00 for a mint example. My reserve is around ¼ of that amount. A super addition to any vintage Jazz collection.
