Disclaimer - I am not a record collector nor am I versed in grading records. Please ask any questions before bidding! I will do my best to describe the record below. I will offer a full return if you are not satisfied with the condition on the following terms:
I will refund the purchase price only! I will not refund the shipping cost to you and you will need to pay the return shipping AND ensure that return shipping has a tracking number. I will not get caught up in a dispute that the post office lost it. Once I receive the returned item in the same condition that it was sent out, I will refund the purchase price. If you do not agree with this return policy then DO NOT bid, it is as simple as that.
OK, now the details:

I am guessing the above was in a little better shape, but I don't know.
Condition:
Album cover is in very good condition with some wear on the corners. None of the seems are split.
The record itself has fine scratches on both sides that can be seen under a bright light. They are on most, if not all, tracks. Some you can feel with your fingernail, some you can't.
I have no way to play this (16rpm) and have read that you should clean old records before playing them. Therefore, I have no idea if the scratches impact the playback.
