2 LP Record Set: Near Mint – beautiful copy that has hardly been played at all since it came out in 1966 – hard to upgrade upon this one – Archival copy with shiny and glossy surface, perfect condition!

Gatefold Jacket: Near Mint, with solid fully readable spine, sharp corners and straight edges NO damages. Perfect archival condition!

Some words on this issue: MILES DAVIS: “Mode Study” Japan only issue, original pressing that comes housed in unique Japan only gatefold cover art. Stunning 2 LP set that combines Milestones & Kind Of Blue as a rarely seen Japanese-only Nippon Columbia 2-LP vinyl set. The whole set was released in 1966 in Japan and brings together the 6-track 'Milestones' album [originally released in 1958] that features Cannonball Adderley, John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones; plus the 5-track 'Kind of Blue' album [from 1959] that starred Adderley, Trane and Bill Evans. The whole affair is housed in a unique glossy card gatefold picture sleeve. Top condition

Excellent: record has hardly no visible defects and is preserved with care and attention, the condition most collectors take pride in to file away. Near Mint: a dash below mint, just perfect. Mint: like new.
