The sleeve is overall EX it is clean with no seam splits and the spine text is sharp and clear, the labels are EX+ and the vinyl is a strong EX it has a light small scuff and wispy dust scratches on this 1968 UK CBS album issue S63352 by Miles Davis - "Miles In The Sky"   See photos for more details.
