MILES DAVIS Birth Of The Cool Album Capitol T-762 Mono LP 1st Pressing Turquoise Label 1957
You're bidding on a Rare Original 1st Pressing of the classic MILES DAVIS Album: Birth Of The Cool issued by
Capitol Records in February 1957. Early pressings were on Capitol's turquoise label but only the 1st pressing just
has the words: Long Playing at the bottom of the label instead of: Long Playing-High Fidelity. The dead wax
run out is stamped with: - T1-762-D1 / - T2-762-D1 and both sides have the Anvil/Lathe' stamp. The Record is in
VG+ condition with some light surface lines and marks but No scratches that cut into the vinyl. It plays beautifully
with No pops or groove wear distortion and only occasionally do you hear a soft crackle. The Cover is in VG+
condition with some small dings, a 2&1/2 split at the right side of the top spine and light ring wear in the front and
back. The correct original inner sleeve is included.
