Description
MIKE OLDFIELD "Boxed" Original QUADRAPHONIC 4 LP BOX set (VIRGIN 28 009-440). Still in original shrink wrap with HYPE STICKER). This one is an early 80s pressing of the box set originally issued in 1976. It includes QUADRAPHONIC versions of his first three albums "TUBULAR BELLS", "HERGEST RIDGE" and "OMMADAWN". Also includes the 4th LP titled "Collaborations" with many rare and exclusive tracks (also in Quadraphonic sound). Note that this is the only place you can get the QUAD version of "HERGEST RIDGE" and "COLLABORATION" sets since as far as I know they were never released in that format individually. The Records are Unplayed (this was sealed but the shrink wrap they used for import copies is very fragile and tend to tear and open up over the years, which is the case here (along the spine and bottom edge)
