I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed (and Mint Minus is meaningless in my opinion), So my top grade of EX+ might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX+ or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
