On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Mick Stevens called "The River" and is an ORIGINAL 1977 UK 1st Pressing on the PRIVATELY PRESSED 1st Press SRS label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT MICK STEVENS RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BEFORE HE MADE THIS LP, MICK STEVENS HAD ALREADY RECORDED 2 INCREDIBLY RARE LPs FOR THE DEROY LABEL (IN 1971 & 1975) - BUT THIS LP IS HIS BEST & RAREST LP EVER!!!!  THIS LP FEATURES SOME AMAZING MUSIC, WITH LONG GUITAR SOLOS, AND CRYSTAL CLEAR PRODUCTION & PRESSING (UNLIKE MANY PRIVATE PRESSINGS - WHICH HAVE TERRIBLE SOUND QUALITY!)!!!!  ONLY 99 COPIES WERE EVER MADE OF THIS AMAZING PRIVATE PRESSING - AND IT IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT ONE OF THE RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER FOLK/PROG LPs EVER!!!!   SO DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT PASSING ON THIS INCREDIBLE LP - BECAUSE THE CHANCES OF EVER FINDING ANOTHER ONE ARE VIRTUALLY ZERO!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1977 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS SRS LABEL, 1ST PRESS A1/B1 'STAMPED' MATRIXES, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'SILKSCREEN' FLIPBACK COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL SRS UK 1st Pressing from 1977 and is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is SRS 20 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press SRS label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better and is VERY close to a grade above!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Island inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  THE MEGA RARE 'LYRIC' INSERT IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION - AND CLEARLY HASNT EVERN LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The 1st Press 'Silkscreen' Flipback Cover is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking!), NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, on the VERY slightest record impression, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, NO sticker marks, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the back of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better and looks absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
