This is a rare Japanese PROMO 2-track 7" single record released from Victor Japan in 1970.

Comes with BLUE Motown Promo labels with Promo/Sample marks in Japanese(???), unique tri-center hall  and Picture Sleeve with  with 'Motown 10th Anniversary' logo & lyrics on the reverse.

Side-2 is credited as 'I Found That Girl' but  actually it contains RARE EARTH's 'Get Ready' and also credited as Side-1 .

We are not sure it was an error disc or the record was made differently for this Promo edition.

Picture sleeve has writings and cello-tape.

RECORD:VG+(has writings'A' on Side-1 label,  light scuffs)

SLEEVE:VG+(has a small red sticker on the top right, cello-tape on the right, short tear approx.7mm on the left & writings for a correction on the bottom)

GRADING

Mint:Like new,no damages,just opened and never played

Near Mint:Played several times, very light scuffs are visible

Excellent:Few Slight Scratched,Scuffs,Slight Bit Folded(Stain) with the insert(OBI)

Very Good:Polish Marks,Many Scratches,Large Split with the insert(OBI)

Excellent does not mean "Like New", might have slight wear/or creasing.

We don't grade company sleeve.
