THIS 45 IS MINT/NEW/Virgin Vinyl - never played - WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL. Another gem from a Los Angeles Long Time Record Executive's collection.

Hi~ There were SO many questions about this auction last time, I thought I would explain fully. These 45s are from the estate of a long time music industry executive who worked with MCA Records in the 70s, 80s and 90s. These singles have been in storage for 24+ years, recently I was asked to sell them on eBay for him. As you can see by ALL my auctions, I am selling many, many virgin vinyl LPs/45s and other music memorabilia from his storage. With that said, while the vinyl is virgin, never played and in mint condition, the covers of these have some small scuff marks on them. Since I have multiple copies, I cannot list every tiny imperfection in them. I will send the winner of this auction the best copy possible. As the amount of these dwindle, I will list imperfections in the copies I deem flawed. Overall the covers are in Very Good to Excellent condition but not mint.

Further, I am not going to list these as a dutch auction as there was too much confusion when people went to bid. I can sell the winner additional copies at the close of the auction (on eBay) for the same Buy It Now price of your winning bid. Please do not email multiple times asking to sell them on the side. Buy It Nows will be offered.

If you have any additional questions please email me before the end of the auction. Winner agrees to pay $4.50 shipping in the US and ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS Internationally. I am requiring insurance on all shipments. I will send in a plastic sleeve with extra packing materials, as well as DOUBLE BOXED - Mailed by the United States Post Office. I am not offering any other ways of shipping such as UPS, DHL or Fed Ex. I am not responsible for any custom charges you incur as I have to list the value in order to insure the package. Please pay within 3 days. CONTACT ME FIRST if you cannot pay within 3 days, you will need to make arrangements with me BEFORE the auction ends.

I ship all items on Saturdays ONLY due to my work schedule. Please make payment within 3 days of the end of the auction to ensure your item will be shipped by the following Saturday. I accept PAYPAL and Money Orders only, no personal checks. I will be happy to ship to other countries, please wait until the end of the auction for me to calculate shipping costs by destination and send you the proper invoice for payment.

I am not responsible for transit time or delays caused by USPS/UPS or any other shipping service. PLEASE ASK FOR INSURANCE IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEM INSURED OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IF YOU WANT IT. I am not responsible for items arriving damaged if you have not requested insurance or items not arriving at their destinations without requesting a delivery confirmation/tracking.

Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay as such. Negative feedback will be left, and the claim will go through the dispute console for resolution. Any negative feedback left for me by a non-paying bidder will be removed from my feedback rating by eBay at the end of the dispute.
