Description
MFSL - CAT STEVENS - TEA FOR THE TILLERMAN - UHQR 1-035. VG+ full-lustre, 200 gram vinyl (only a little slv-scuffing & light scratching- nothing that affects play- plays clean) in jacket with some edgewear- 2" seam split at top middle. With signed certificate of auth. and technical specs booklet, in box with foam padding. Box has a crease along the bottom and minor scraping. Numbered 1330/5000
Released by MOBILE FIDELITY SOUNDS LABS in the early 80s (when they were still starting out in Chatsworth), as a 200+ Gram UHQR, specially plated and pressed on high definition vinyl by Victor of Japan, was one of MFSL's brief (only 8 titles were released before they aborted the line) moves into a specialty format for its Audiophile LPs, by releasing these heavy vinyl versions in numbered Limited Edition boxes (5000). The black boxes all have the same design with the title of the release on the boxes spine. The inside heavy cover has the same front design, with the album info on the back
