Description

The Band's highly influential 1968 release, 'Music From Big Pink' ....the edition offered here is the half-speed mastered audiophile version released by MFSL. This is the FIRST version from 1982 (MFSL 1-039).  I've played this record from start to finish and the audio is stunning.  However, there is a minor flaw to one song and this is why I'm letting it go at a very reasonable price.
Gatefold Jacket: Near Mint
Record: Near Mint*
* There are a couple of marks/scratches which elicit a few light ticks and a half-second skip on the first song on Side 1 ("Tears of Rage") It occurs at the beginning of the song and in my opinion is quite minor.  There may even be a chance it won't skip on another turntable. The rest of the album plays Near Mint and sounds beautiful.
