MFSL Neil Diamond Hot August Night (MFSL 2-024) First Japanese Pressing. Brand New, Still Factory Sealed. Rare, out of print album for well over 30 years. I am the original owner of this album and a private collector, not a record dealer. This album has never left my possession since purchase in 1980 and it is stored in a smoke free environment. It is considered to be a somewhat hard to find MFSL pressing in brand new first pressing factory sealed condition.
*Please Note. This album is in overall great condition. The sealed polybag shows signs of aging and there is a very small tear in the polybag in the lower right hand corner and a pin hole puncture in the polybag on the lower left hand side. The corners are in good shape, no bends or dings just very slight storage wear on the lower left hand corner. No seam splits or damage.
