Description

Long Distance Voyager was The Moody Blues 10th studio album and was released in May of 1981 .  Though the reviews in the press were mixed at best,  It was still considered by many to be a "comeback" album of sorts.   It sold very well and ultimately reached number #1 on the U.S. album charts.   The world-wide tour which followed was a complete sell-out. 


The copy on offer here is the exceedingly rare Dutch audiophile pressing released in 1982.   Pressed by Philips in Amsterdam, Holland, it boasts a more open soundstage with significant improvement and clarity in the highs;  revealing sharper details in the vocals and percussion.   Many fans and audiophiles consider this pressing to be the best one made for this album.  

Condition: Brand New Condition Looks unused  Becoming more and more difficult to find in this condition.
