Mobile Fidelity LP

of the

Bee Gees 

album titled

"Trafalgar"

(MFSL 1-263) (1996) 

This is one of the albums that Mobile Fidelity put out on 200 gram vinyl, almost the same weight as the UHQR series. Only 5000 copies were made of the UHQR titles, far less were were pressed of this title, probably only about 2000 - 3000. JVC had minimum pressing runs that they would do, but with the Anadisc series they could press as many, or as few as they wanted.  They probably didn't press very many of this title since this was the next to the last LP that they pressed before going out of business.

This one has a super low serial number of 0083 !!! 

This would have been one of Mobile Fidelity's archive copies since the owner kept the first 100.

It's a stunning copy with nice sharp corners and no splits or tears in the gatefold jacket. There is a small crease in the paper at the bottom of the jacket from when it was assembled. The record was probably only played once since it has a single spindle mark on each side. It is in great condition with no marks or scratches of any kind, even under intense light. This record has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 17 record cleaning machine.
