DELIVERY
All delivery charges are for the UK mainland only
They do not include Ireland any off shore islands, highlands of Scotland or international shipping, unless stated.
Postage will be recorded where possible to ensure it gets to its destination.
If you miss the package/delivery, you will be offered a collection or redelivery of the item. If we receive it back, it will be re delivered at your cost not ours if it fails to be delivered or picked up.
A phone number is helpful to aid a smoother delivery.
When the package is signed for it then becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Products are shipped to you from Monday to Friday only
All goods will only be sent to the registered address of your pay pal account.
RETURNS POLICY
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us, our only obligation will be:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective or you the amount paid by you for the goods however, we choose.
We are happy to refund you if you decide you do not like the product(s) with in 7 days of receiving them from ourselves.
All product(s) must be in the original packaging that it came in, including any documentation, warrant cards, manuals, and accessories.
Returns that do not include these examples will be charged on a per item basis.
And we must be notified with in this period please.
All returns are processed when they arrive back to our depot or address and will be fully inspected before an exchange or refund is issued.
If we are not at fault then goods will be returned at your cost.
If out side the specified 7 days
You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage and postage in first instance if the goods are just not wanted. if postage was free then no return costs will be accepted either way.
Please advise us before you do this as we will supply you with a reference to ease things along.
In addition, please attach a note along with the reason/fault found.
If the item deems to be not faulty, they will be returned to you.
We suggested you use recorded delivery as we have done as items lost in post we will not accept.
All refund may take up to 30 days due to our suppliers refunding us
If we can where possible will refund quickly this is normally the case
No returns must exceed our original cost of delivery.if postage was free then no return costs will be accepted either way.
We apologise we can not provide refunds for opened or defective products.
