Notes

The 2nd press has the silver front cover that just says Metal Massacre and the label is listed as metalworks records on the back, licensed from metal blade. The labels are a silver and black simple typeset like the first press. The Ratt and Black and Blue songs are included and the Steeler song is gone. There is also a canadian pressing that is the same as the 2nd pressing. "The New Heavy Metal Revue" was Brian Slagels', Metal Blades founders fanzine. This comp also marks Metallicas first appearance on vinyl.

Mastered at The Bijou, Hollywood, California
Licensed from Metal Blade Records

Brilliant MINT Vinyl and cover. Top copy.

I am the original owner who worked at an indie record store in late 70's /early 80's and spent many a pay check collecting vinyl!

Part of my large private collection of mostly MINT, NEVER PLAYED records which have been stored safely since purchase and kept in a smoke free / pet free environment.

Rest assured the items I am selling are in the condition stated, and most never even hit the shelves of the store I worked in as I would buy straight out of the box and handle with care!

Regarding vinyl, if you would like the item taken out of the jacket cover to avoid any potential seam splits, please advise otherwise item will be packed as is but securely and in most cases should not be an issue with seam splits.

PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICE PRIOR TO SENDING PAYMENT
