Description
I have up for auction a great Album Set of 4 records (78s) on the Decca label, in a nice hardback book cover. It is Album No.A-550 by Bing Crosby and entitled "Merry Christmas"; last two songs with the Andrews Sisters. The records include:
1. #23777, the first record in the set has been replaced with "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and "The Teddy Bear's Picnic" Bing Crosby with Jud Conlon's Rhythmaires and Victor Young and his Orchestra.
2. #23778, "White Christmas" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen".
3. #23779, "I'll Be Home For Christmas" and "Faith Of Our Fathers".
4. #23281, "Jingle Bells" and "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town"; both with Andrews Sisters.
The records are in the usual used condition for the age. Non are warped, chipped or broken, but have the normal surface scratches. Also the album cover has been torn on the spine for about two inches down from the top.Otherwise the cover is in very good shape with normal surface wear. No water damage, etc. Too bad it isn't all four original records, but adding "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and "The Teddy Bear Picnic" isn't a bad exchange. Please look at the pictures carefully and read the description before placing your bid. I have tried to be a thorough as possible! Feel free to send questions. Paypal only please! Happy Bidding!
