Recorded in August of 1956 in the Free Trade Hall, Manchester, England
The LP issue of this recording (SR-90137) was only in print from August 1958 until January 1963; a scarce item on either LP or tape!
Mercury MDS5-6
2-Track; for stacked or in-line heads;
7 1/2 ips; 7-inch reel
Please note: for proper balances on playback, all 2-track tapes must be played on a 2-track machine. Playback on a 4-track machine will not give even weight to the channels and may not be satisfactory.
The tape is in excellent condition; the box shows only very minor shelf wear.
